Please use this form to nominate yourself or a colleague for the MNPD Board of Directors Secretary or President-Elect.

President Elect: This is a 4-year term, two years as president-elect and two years as president. 
Duties of President-Elect: 
a. Coordinates program planning with members and the Executive board.
b. Acts in the absence of the President.
c. Coordinates membership and recruitment activities.
d. Represents the organization to the nursing and public community

Duties of President: 
a. Presides over meetings.
b. Coordinates program planning with members and the President-Elect.
c. Conducts business on behalf of the organization.
d. Represents the organization to the nursing and public community.

Secretary: This is a two-year term. Duties of the Secretary: 
a. Maintains a roster of current members.
b. Records and distributes minutes and all communications to the membership
according to pre-established schedules electronically.
c. Coordinates the closed ballot voting process.
d. Represents the organization to the nursing and public community.
